RELATING TO THE HAWAII STATE FOUNDATION ON CULTURE AND THE ARTS.

Appropriates funds to the State of Hawaii Museum of Monarchy History and the State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History, to be expended by the Hawaii state foundation on culture and the arts.
