RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF NON-AGRICULTURAL PARK LANDS. Establishes a mechanism for the transfer of certain non‑agricultural park lands from the DLNR to the DOA pursuant to Act 90, SLH 2003, and chapter 166E, HRS. Effective 1/1/2050. (HD1)
