Creates the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver Administrative Claiming Special Fund into which federal moneys may be deposited from DOH's participation in the waiver program established per SSA §1915(c). RELATING TO THE KUPUNA CAREGIVERS PROGRAM.

Requires the Executive Office on Aging to include details on outcomes of the Kupuna Caregivers Program in its annual report.  Requires Office on Aging to create a plan to maximize number of participants in the program and offer core services, requires plan submission to Legislature.  Changes the kupuna caregivers program allocation cap from $70 per day to an unspecified amount per week.  Appropriates funds.  (HB467 HD1)

RELATING TO PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

Authorizes pharmacies to accept the return of any prescription drug for disposal via collection receptacles or mail-back programs; prohibits pharmacies from redispensing returned prescription drugs or from accepting returned prescription drugs in exchange for cash or credit; requires the pharmacist-in-charge to ensure that only authorized reverse distributors acquire prescription drugs collected via collection receptacles or mail-back programs.  (HB1272 HD1)

RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

Permits a small craft producer pub licensee to manufacture not more than 125,000 barrels of malt beverages on the licensee's premises per year.  Allows brewpub licensees and small craft producer pub licensees to conduct certain activities at satellite locations.  Clarifies the definition of "growler".  Allows brewpub licensees and small craft producer pub licensees to obtain a direct shipper permit.  (HB546 HD2)
