Status

RELATING TO THE KING KAMEHAMEHA CELEBRATION COMMISSION.

Amends the membership of the King Kamehameha Celebration Commission.  Provides the chairperson of the commission with the authority to establish an advisory committee composed of past commission members to advise the chairperson on historical and archival background of the commission.  Amends the support staff function.  Amends the mission and purpose of the commission.

RELATING TO INCIDENT RESPONSE.

Requires the cybersecurity, economic, education, and infrastructure security coordinator to develop and maintain an incident response plan to cyber-attacks for each executive department in the State.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website.  This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
