RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES. Authorizes a police officer to cause to be towed a motor vehicle if the operator is arrested or cited for certain intoxicant-related offenses. Provides exceptions. Provides notice and hearing requirements. (HB1747 HD1)

RELATING TO MOPEDS. Requires the Director of Finance to issue moped number plates. Requires annual registration of mopeds. Stipulates registration fee for a moped shall be $50. (HB1753 HD3)

RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION. Authorizes the State or a county to obtain ownership over a road by condemnation pursuant to the State's powers of eminent domain. Exempts the State and counties from maintaining or improving condemned roads. (HB2049 HD2)

RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION. Amends the statewide transportation plan to include bicycle facilities as part of the transportation system components. Requires the Department of Transportation to develop a survey on travel behavior. RELATING TO SOLAR ENERGY FACILITIES. Requires a county that meets certain conditions to require solar energy facilities in farm dwellings in agricultural districts with a capacity of more than twenty-five kilowatts to obtain a special permit. (HB2636 HD2)
