RELATING TO DISPOSITION OF TAX REVENUES.

Amends the cigarette tax and tobacco tax law by establishing maximum dollar amounts that shall be distributed among certain non-general funds.  Retains provision that the general fund receive the remainder after distribution.  (HB1187 HD1)

RELATING TO TAXATION.

Increases the standard deduction and allowable personal exemption amounts for all filing statuses.  Increases the number of exemptions that may be claimed by taxpayers who are 65 years of age or older and meet certain income requirements.  (HB1091 HD1)

Authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds.  Makes findings required by Article VII, Section 13 of the State Constitution to declare that the issuance of authorized bonds will not cause the debt limit to be exceeded.
