RELATING TO STATE PARKS. Prohibits smoking and the use of tobacco products and electronic smoking devices within the state park system. Requires posting of signage prohibiting smoking and the use of tobacco products. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO CERTIFICATES OF BIRTH. Establishes the documentation required when requesting the Department of Health to issue a new birth certificate with a sex designation change. (HB631 HD2)

RELATING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Permits the termination of residential rental agreements in cases of domestic violence. Specifies additional procedures under the residential landlord-tenant code for instances of domestic violence. Takes effect 11/01/2015. (SD1)
