RELATING TO QUALIFIED COMMUNITY REHABILITATION PROGRAMS.

Amends the exemption from the civil service laws for personal services contracts for building, custodial, and grounds maintenance services with qualified community rehabilitation programs at a cost of no more than $850,000 by specifying that the $850,000 maximum applies per contract.

RELATING TO LABOR.

Requires employers to keep a record of the physical addresses of the employer and the North American Industry Classification System code applicable to the employer.  Requires professional employer organizations to provide the physical address, North American Industry Classification System code, and number of employees of each client company to the DLIR.  (HB1497 HD1)

RELATING TO WAGES AND HOURS ON PUBLIC WORKS.

Allows overtime compensation on public works projects to exceed time and one-half and specifies that if the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations determines that a prevailing wage is subject to collective bargaining, overtime will be at rates set by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.  Specifies that overtime compensation and other premium pay rates are those rates specified in an applicable collective bargaining agreement when the basic hourly rate is established in a collective bargaining agreement.  (HB391 HD1)

RELATING TO NOTICE OF HEARING BY THE LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS APPEALS BOARD.

Allows the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board (Board) the option to provide notice of hearing by online posting on the Board's webpage if service by first class mail fails to elicit a response from the party.  Requires that the online posting be removed from the webpage no less than five business days after the date of the hearing.  (HB951 HD1)
