DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB1120 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO NOTICE OF HEARING BY THE LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS APPEALS BOARD. Allows the Labor and Industrial Relations Appeals Board the option to provide notice of hearing by online posting on the board's webpage if service by first class mail fails to elicit a response from the party. SB1121 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO WAGES AND HOURS ON PUBLIC WORKS LAW. Requires laborers and mechanics working on public works to file complaints within one year of the date the payment was due and ensure confidentiality of the complainant or witness.  Effective July 1, 2015.	JDL
SB1213 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY. Allows an employer to seek a temporary restraining order and injunction against further harassment of an employee or invitee who may be harassed in connection with a worksite.	JDL [Measure added on 2/10/2015]
SB640 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO RESISTING ARREST. Creates the offense of resisting arrest in the first degree as a class C felony.  Amends the existing resisting arrest offense to resisting arrest in the second degree.	JDL [Measure added on 2/23/2015]
