RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII. Requires the auditor to audit the University of Hawaii's management of faculty workload one year prior to the expiration of UHPA agreements. Requires the auditor to conduct an audit of the University of Hawaii's management of faculty workload and report to the 2016 legislature.

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII. Requires the University of Hawaii to develop the Ana Hoohalike Guidance Program, including structured, default pathways to graduation, meta-majors, academic maps, cornerstone classes, and highly-structured options.

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII. Requires that any undergraduate degree-granting program that graduates less than ten graduates per year be abolished. Provides an exception for undergraduate programs that are self-sustaining. Authorizes the board of regents to extend the three-year time period to six years.

RELATING TO CYBERSECURITY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. Establishes a cybersecurity employment training initiative within the University of Hawaii community college system; appropriates funds for the operation of the initiative.

DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW
Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony should indicate:
· Testifier's name with position/title and organization;
· The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;
· The date and time of the hearing; and
· Measure number.
While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing.

Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website. This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
