Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Anaergia Incorporated with the development of facilities for renewable nonfossil fuel energy production in Maui.

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS FOR SUNSTRONG LLC, A RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPER SERVING THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN PROVIDING ELECTRIC ENERGY.

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to SunStrong LLC, a renewable energy developer, for the provision of electric energy and installation of renewable energy projects in Hawaii.

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUE BONDS TO ASSIST PELATRON Q, LLC.

Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist Pelatron Q, LLC, with the development of waste-to-energy power plants in Hawaii.
