HB458 HD2 (HSCR897) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO HEALTH. HB578 HD2 (HSCR713) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO EDUCATION. Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year, requires a child to provide written documentation of a physical examination performed within the 12 months prior to attending seventh grade.  Provides for provisional attendance if an exam is scheduled.  Makes an appropriation.  (HB578 HD2)	EDU/HTH, WAM [Measure added on 3/18/2015]

HB459 HD2 (HSCR898) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO HEALTH. Specifies additional elements in Hawaii's existing sexuality health education law, including additional criteria regarding implementation of sexuality health education instruction.  Requires the Department of Education to provide certain types of information to the public and parents.  (HB459 HD2)	EDU/HTH, WAM [Measure added on 3/18/2015]
HB1349 HD2 (HSCR842) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO TEACHER TENURE. Sets probationary period of specified licensed charter school teachers according to policies and practices as determined by DOE, BOE, and collective bargaining agreements.  Subjects tenured DOE licensed teachers who transfer to charter schools to the appropriate collective bargaining agreement.  (HB1349 HD2)	EDU/JDL, WAM [Measure added on 3/20/2015]
HB853 HD1 (HSCR676) Status and Testimony	RELATING TO AGRICULTURE. Establishes a K-12 Agriculture Workforce Development Pipeline Initiative in DLIR to conduct trainings for teachers and school administrators in agricultural self-sufficiency.  Appropriates funds to support the Initiative.  (HB853 HD1)	JDL/AGL/EDU, WAM [Measure added on 3/20/2015]
