DECISION MAKING ON THE FOLLOWING MEASURE(S):

SB328 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO SCHOOLS. Authorizes each public school, at the discretion of the principal or principal's designee, to accept in-kind services in lieu of collecting fees and charges for the use of school facilities and grounds.	EDU, WAM
SB1348 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO EDUCATION. Allows the university laboratory school to conform its student enrollment profile to the standard prescribed by the University of Hawaii college of education in order to meet the University of Hawaii college of education's research requirements.	EDU/HEA, WAM [Measure added on 2/10/2015]
SB374 Status and Testimony	RELATING TO DUAL CREDIT PROGRAMS. Renames the "running start program" as the "dual credit program".  Broadens participation to include ninth and tenth graders.  Replaces a standardized test with an assessment.  Repeals tuition and fees requirement.  Appropriates moneys to the DOE and the UH for positions.
