RELATING TO PRODUCTS CONTAINING SUN PROTECTION FACTOR INGREDIENTS.

Requires that, beginning 1/1/2023, only sunscreen products containing active ingredients classified by the United States Food and Drug Administration as a category I, generally recognized as safe and effective, ingredient, shall be sold, offered for sale, or distributed for sale in the state.

Authorizes physicians to engage in collective mediation with health benefit plans.

Proposed HD2:  Provides a general excise tax exemption for medical services performed by physicians after December 31, 2020.

RELATING TO COMMUNITY CARE FOSTER FAMILY HOMES.

Increases the number of hours the primary caregiver may be absent from a community care foster family home; provided that a substitute caregiver is present.

RELATING TO HEALTH.

Requires DOH to investigate care facilities reportedly operating without an appropriate certificate or license, and to take action on confirmed findings of uncertified or unlicensed operation.  Includes social workers, navigators, and individual discharge planners in the group of professionals prohibited from knowingly referring or transferring patients to an uncertified or unlicensed facility.  Repeals landlord exclusion.
