Amends the allocation of TAT for operation of a Hawaiian center and a museum of Hawaiian music and dance to also include development of the center and museum.  (HD1)

RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY.

Repeals the renewable energy technologies income tax credit for solar energy systems and wind-powered energy systems for commercial properties for taxable years beginning after 12/31/2019, except for taxpayers subject to a power purchase agreement approved or pending approval by a decision and order issued by the PUC prior to 12/31/2019.  Increases the renewable energy technologies income tax credit cap amount for multi-family residential properties.  Makes the renewable energy technologies income tax credit unavailable after 12/31/2045.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD2)

RELATING TO WIND ENERGY FACILITIES.

Establishes a one-mile setback from the nearest existing farm dwelling or residential dwelling unit for certain wind energy facilities in agricultural districts.  Requires a study on the effects of noise production by wind energy facilities on the health of residents and students.  Appropriates funds.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (HD1)

RELATING TO ENERGY.

Authorizes the issuance of revenue bonds pursuant to part III of chapter 39, HRS, and appropriates funds to the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation for the purpose of constructing one Oahu and one neighbor island electrolysis hydrogen production, storage, and dispensing facility to be managed by the Hawaii Center for Advanced Transportation Technologies.  Takes effect on 7/1/2112.  (HD1)

RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL.

Establishes the sustainable aviation fuel program to provide matching grants to any small business in Hawaii that is developing products related to sustainable aviation fuel or commercial aviation operations greenhouse gas reduction.  Appropriates funds.  Takes effect on 7/1/2112.  (HD2)
