Adds knowingly making a false statement to a county inspector a crime within the offense of unsworn falsification to authorities.

RELATING TO OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.

Establishes the offense of obstructing county real property zoning enforcement operations.  Makes the offense a class C felony.

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Requires the Auditor to conduct a performance audit of certain offices and programs within the Department of Public Safety.  Appropriates funds.
