RELATED TO MEDICAID.

Requires the Department of Human Services to suspend rather than terminate an individual's medicaid eligibility upon entry into a correctional facility. Requires the Department of Public Safety to inform inmates of the availability of assistance to secure or verify applicable medicaid eligibility prior to an inmate's release.

Requires electronic tracking of certain patients who are allowed outside a psychiatric facility.

Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony should indicate:

     Testifier's name with position/title and organization;
