Amends the definition of debilitating medical condition to include lupus, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, autism, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress as conditions that qualify for the legal use of medical marijuana.

RELATING TO MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES.

Specifies that video monitoring and recording of medical marijuana dispensary and production center premises shall be retained for a period of forty-five days.

RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.

Prohibits associations of apartment owners, boards of directors, managing agents, resident managers, and condominium owners from retaliating or discriminating against a condominium owner who files a complaint; acts in furtherance of a complaint, report, or investigation of an alleged violation of the State's condominium laws or a condominium's governing documents; or exercises or attempts to exercise any right as a condominium owner.

RELATING TO EXAMINATIONS OF FITNESS TO PROCEED.

Clarifies provisions regarding examinations of defendants' fitness to proceed in the prosecution.  Authorizes the department of health and department of public safety to enter into an agreement concerning the transfer of detainees in a community correctional center.  Effective 7/1/2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO ORDERS FOR TREATMENT OVER OBJECTION.

Permits an administrative order to overcome a patient's objection to psychiatric treatment.

RELATING TO ORDERS FOR IMMEDIATE PROTECTION.

Requires a finding of substantial evidence that a vulnerable adult has incurred abuse or is in danger of abuse prior to the issuance of an order for immediate protection when the vulnerable adult is living at home with a prognosis of six months or less to live.
