RELATING TO CONSUMER CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.

Requires a consumer credit reporting agency to create a record for protected consumers, including minors under the age of sixteen and incapacitated persons, who do not have an existing credit file.  Permits a representative of a protected consumer to place a security freeze on the protected consumer's credit report or any record created for the protected consumer.  (HB651 HD2)

Prohibits a commissioned notary public from accepting a limited purpose driver's license for verification of identification. (HB717 HD1)

RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION PRESCRIPTION DRUG REIMBURSEMENT.

Decrease the reimbursement rate for prescription drugs in the workers' compensation system based on a percentage of the average wholesale price.  Restricts the provision of physician-dispensed prescription drugs to a specified time following injury.  (HB1181 HD2)
