RELATING TO CHARTER SCHOOLS. Establishes requirements for public charter school board meetings. Clarifies that revocation and renewal proceedings shall not be subject to chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Authorizes charter schools to assess fees and charges for co-curricular activities.
