The following measures were previously heard in their respective standing committees:
RELATING TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING ON HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS. Requires that twenty-five per cent of proceeds from the transfer of credits be used by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to develop rentals. Requires that fifty per cent of credits issued to the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands be subject to a memorandum of agreement with the issuing county. Makes permanent the provisions for affordable housing credits for affordable housing developed on Hawaiian home lands. Effective date 6/29/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. Extends sunset provisions with respect to accounting and fiscal management requirements relating to the University of Hawaii. Makes conforming amendments. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII TUITION AND FEES SPECIAL FUND. Requires each University of Hawaii campus to prepare an operations plan, to be reviewed by the president and vice president for budget and finance and chief financial officer of the University of Hawaii, for each fiscal year. Requires the moneys in the University of Hawaii tuition and fees special fund for each University of Hawaii campus to lapse to the credit of program identification no. UOH900 (University of Hawaii, system wide support). Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE STATE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT INNOVATION WAIVER. Appropriates funds to develop a waiver from certain provisions of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010. Narrows scope of work of the state innovation waiver task force. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. Creates an exemption from DLNR review for proposed projects on privately-owned single-family detached dwelling units that are not designated on, or nominated for, the Hawaii or National Registers of Historic Places or are not located in a historic district. RELATING TO PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS. Authorizes charter school closure, if determined necessary by the authorizer, in the event of financial insolvency or due to health and safety issues. Requires the authorizer to establish protocols for closure. (SD1)
