RELATING TO TAXATION. Amends the excise tax rate on the sale of large cigars beginning on 7/1/2015 to the lesser of 50 cents for each large cigar or 50 per cent of the wholesale price of each large cigar.

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT COST ITEMS. Makes appropriation for the public employment cost items of and cost adjustments for employees of the various legislative agencies.

RELATING TO TAXATION. Requires DOTAX to publish reports on certain general excise tax exemptions. Repeals specific annual reporting deadlines. (SD1)

RELATING TO THE REPEAL OF NON-GENERAL FUNDS. Repeal of various non-general fund accounts and transfers the balance of the fee simple residential revolving fund to the general fund.

RELATING TO THE REPEAL OF NON-GENERAL FUNDS. Repeals the pineapple workers and retirees housing assistance fund, the state disaster revolving loan fund, and the transportation use special fund. (SD1 Proposed)
