RELATING TO THEFT.

Increases the threshold value of property or services from $300 to $400 under the offense of theft in the second degree.

RELATING TO UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY INTO MOTOR VEHICLE.

Requires a mandatory minimum sentencing period of imprisonment for any person who is convicted for and has a prior conviction or prior convictions for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the first degree.

RELATING TO THEFT OF PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DEVICES.

Establishes a class C felony for theft of personal electronic devices that may be used to store or retrieve personal information.

Creates the offense of resisting arrest in the first degree as a class C felony.  Amends the existing resisting arrest offense to resisting arrest in the second degree.
