Establishes the Hawaii ABLE Savings Program by authorizing the Director of Finance to establish savings accounts that empower individuals with a disability and their families to save private funds to support the individual with a disability.  Creates the Hawaii ABLE Savings Program Trust Fund.  (HB119 HD2)

Requires the Executive Office on Aging to establish a three-year senior playground pilot program within the executive office on aging.  Requires reports to the Legislature.  Appropriates funds.  Repealed June 30, 2019.  (HB763 HD1)

RELATING TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.

Appropriates funds to the Department of Human Services to increase staff, improve systems, and contract for necessary services relating to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program.  (HB 1347 HD1)

RELATING TO THE INTERIM ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT SPECIAL FUND.

Establishes the Interim Assistance Reimbursement Special Fund into which reimbursements received from the Social Security Administration will be deposited for state-funded financial assistance payments and programs to assist individuals to qualify for supplemental security income.  (HB1432 HD2)

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE ADULT PROTECTIVE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES BRANCH.

Appropriates funding for FY 2015-2016 and FY 2016-2017 from the state general fund to Department of Human Services for positions within the Adult Protective and Community Services Branch.  (HB498 HD1)
