RELATING TO AGRICULTURAL THEFT.

Establishes a two-year Agricultural Theft Pilot Project in the Department of Agriculture to focus on investigating and prosecuting agricultural theft or agricultural vandalism in the County of Hawaii. Appropriates funds.
