RELATING TO BUILDING DESIGN FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. Amends the definition of "public buildings, facilities, and sites" under section 103-50, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to, among other things, exempt from mandatory review by the disabilities and communications access board certain construction projects constructed on state or county lands that would not ordinarily be open to public access. RELATING TO DENTISTRY. Requires, after January 1, 2016, the continuing education program for dentists to include three hours of ethics training per year. Specifies that the board of dental examiners may suspend or revoke any license issued under chapter 448, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for conduct or practice contrary to recognized standards of ethics of the profession, as adopted by the American Dental Association or the Hawaii Dental Association. DECISION MAKING TO FOLLOW
Persons wishing to offer comments should submit testimony no later than 24 hours prior to the hearing. Testimony should indicate:
· Testifier's name with position/title and organization;
· The Committee(s) to which the comments are directed;
· The date and time of the hearing; and
· Measure number.
While every effort will be made to incorporate all testimony received, materials received on the day of the hearing or improperly identified or directed, may be distributed to the Committee after the hearing.

PAPER: 22 copies (including an original) to Room 304 in the State Capitol;
FAX: For testimony less than 5 pages in length, transmit to 808-586-6211 (Oahu) or 1-800-535-3859 (for Neighbor Islander without a computer to submit testimony through the website); or
WEB: For testimony less than 10MB in size, transmit from http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/submittestimony.aspx.
Testimony submitted will be placed on the legislative website. This public posting of testimony on the website should be considered when including personal information in your testimony.
