Per the Chair's announcement at the Judiciary and Labor Hearing on March 20, 2014, the hearing for these measures was deferred due to time constraints. The committee will meet on Friday, March 21, 2014 to hear the following bills:

Removes the probation option for sentencing upon conviction of Habitual Property Crime.  (HB2205 HD1)
