RELATING TO THE INVESTOR EDUCATION PROGRAM.

Appropriates funds for the continued operation of the investor education program, targeted to kupuna, within the department of commerce and consumer affairs office of the securities commissioner.

RELATING TO CHILD WELFARE.

Increases training requirements for court appointed child custody evaluators.  Establishes child custody fact finder requirements and duties.

RELATING TO HOME CARE LICENSING.

Extends the sunset date of Act 21, First Special Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, which requires home care agencies to be licensed by the department of health and makes various conforming amendments.

RELATING TO HOME CARE LICENSING.

Establishes initial funding to begin the licensing process for home care agencies.

RELATING TO HEALTH.

Requires Med-QUEST and Medicaid coverage for chiropractic care, limited to 24 visits per calendar year.  Appropriates funds.
