RELATING TO HEALTH INSURANCE. Requires the Insurance Commissioner to annually collect and publish health insurance premium information from managed care providers. Effective on July 1, 2050. (HB2269 HD1)

RELATING TO PERSONAL INJURY PROTECTION BENEFITS. Specifies reimbursement requirements for prescription drug claims concerning motor vehicle insurance personal injury protection benefits. Effective July 1, 2112. (HB2584 HD1)

RELATING TO REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS. Requires real estate appraisers, acting as arbitrators, to record arbitration awards, the record of an award, and any supplementary, dissenting, or explanatory opinions with the Bureau of Conveyances. Specifies that information recorded is a public record. Effective 7/1/2112. (HD2)

RELATING TO TIME SHARE. Allows prospective time share purchasers to receive printed or electronic copies of the disclosure statement. Amends developer registration renewal requirements by permitting disclosure of either the total number of time share interests or the total number of points in a time share plan and by eliminating requirements to provide title insurance, title reports, and a financial statement. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB2019 HD2)

RELATING TO PLANNED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS. Provides a remedy for community associations to recover unpaid assessments for a share of common expenses up to the time of a grant or conveyance of property. Entitles both parties to a statement from the board of directors, either directly or through its managing agent or resident manager, setting forth the amount of the unpaid assessments. Relieves the grantee of liability for any unpaid assessments against the grantor in excess of the amount set forth in the statement, except as to the amount of subsequently dishonored checks mentioned in the statement as having been received within the thirty day period immediately preceding the date of such statement. Effective 7/1/2112. (HD1)
