PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF HAWAII RELATING TO RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
Amends the state constitution to require candidates for the state senate or house of representatives to be a resident of the legislative district from which the person is a candidate for not less than twelve consecutive months prior to the next general election.  (HB269 HD1)

RELATING TO DISPOSITION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY ON PUBLIC HOUSING PROPERTIES.
Establishes a process whereby the Hawaii Public Housing Authority may dispose of abandoned or seized property that it has acquired on state low-income housing projects.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB888 HD2)

RELATING TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
Requires employers to post in a conspicuous place a poster that provides specified information relating to human trafficking and the National Human Trafficking Resource Center hotline.  Establishes penalties for violations of the poster requirement.  (HB1068 HD1)

RELATING TO FAMILY COURT.
Clarifies the appointment requirements and qualifications for child custody evaluators.  Requires the Judiciary to establish a complaint process regarding a child custody evaluator appointed by the court.  (HB1137 HD1)
