Repeals provisions regarding conversions by nonprofit corporations.

Includes the date that services for remuneration were first performed as information to be provided to the Child Support Enforcement Agency through the new hire reporting process.  Establishes notice and time limit requirements for employers or unions in receipt of notice regarding health insurance for a dependent child.  (HB2441 HD2)

RELATING TO THE RAP BACK PROGRAM OF THE HAWAII CRIMINAL JUSTICE DATA CENTER.

RELATING TO PRE-SENTENCE REPORTS.

Amends the law as it relates to the disposition of convicted defendants by deleting the Intake Service Center as an agency responsible for preparing the pre-sentence diagnosis and report for defendants and for giving notice of the crime victim compensation act and other restitution procedures.  Effective July 1, 2012.  (HB2598 HD1)

RELATING TO LANDOWNER LIABILITY.

Creates a cause of action against any person who maintains a property nuisance on residential property that causes injury or damage to the person or property of another person.  Provides for exceptions.  Effective January 7, 2059.  (HB2852 HD1)

RELATING TO TRANSFER OF PROPERTY.

Specifies that property held in tenancy by the entirety shall continue to be treated as such after transfer to a specified trust except where specifically provided otherwise by the trust instrument; limits the remedy available to creditors against transferred property.  (HB2623 HD1)
