This informational briefing is being scheduled for the presentation of information by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) concerning Hawaiian monk seals. NOAA will present information on two issues: a proposed expansion of the boundaries of the Hawaiian monk seal critical habitat area; and a draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) containing proposed research and management initiatives regarding Hawaiian monk seals.

 

No public testimony will be accepted.
