RELATING TO DENTISTS. Authorizes the board of dental examiners to sanction licensees for false or misleading advertising.

RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE RENTAL INDUSTRY. Replaces "collision damage waiver" with "damage waiver" in the motor vehicle rental industry law. Repeals requirement to place notices of certain vehicle laws in each rental vehicle and repeals power of DCCA to prescribe form of signs to be posted at rental sites. Clarifies charges that may be assessed a lessee for damage to a rental vehicle. Repeals requirement to submit collision damage waiver statistics to DCCA. Effective 07/01/2020. (HB1696 HD1)

RELATING TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Allows a tenant who is a victim of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or harassment by stalking to terminate his or her rental agreement. (HB812 HD1)
