Sir:
Your Committees on Health and Human Services & Housing, to which was referred H.B. No. 2138 entitled:
"A BILL FOR AN ACT RELATING TO CAREGIVER RECOGNITION DAY,"
beg leave to report as follows:
The purpose of this bill is to embrace the spirit of gratitude and respect that caregivers deserve by designating the first Saturday of the month of November as "Caregiver Recognition Day."

intent and purpose of H.B. No. 2138, as amended herein, and recommend that it pass Second Reading in the form attached hereto as H.B. No. 2138, H.D. 1, and be placed on the calendar for Third Reading.
Respectfully submitted on behalf of the members of the Committees on Health and Human Services & Housing,
