RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Repeals the school health services program within the Department of Health.  Repeals the transfer of public health nurses from the Department of Health to the Department of Education.  Establishes a school health services program within the Department of Education.  (HB16 HD1)

RELATING TO AIDS RESEARCH.

Appropriates funds for the Hawaii AIDS clinical research program.  (HB136 HD2)

RELATING TO RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE TRAINING.

Appropriates funds to develop a statewide rural primary healthcare training program to provide family physicians to rural areas and improve healthcare access for the people of Hawaii.  Appropriates funds to support and expand the Family Medicine Residency Program of UH JABSOM's Department of Family Medicine and Community Health to provide rural primary healthcare services.  Effective July 1, 2020.  (HB1477 HD1)
