Requires the City and County of Honolulu to transfer to the State a parcel of pristine wetlands known as Kawai Nui Marsh effective September 1, 2006; transfers another parcel of Kawai Nui Marsh to the State. (HB3056 HD2)

RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION.

Extends the time allowed to acquire the lands designated as part of the South Kona wilderness area on the island of Hawaii from 12/31/06 to 12/31/07.
