Measure Title: RELATING TO BOATING.
Report Title: Moorage Fees; Commercial Vessels; Boating Special Fund
Description: Requires an owner of a commercial vessel moored in a state small boat harbor to pay a minimum fee based on a percentage of gross revenues derived from the use of the vessel. Expands the types of fees and penalties established through rules relating to harbors to be deposited into the Boating Special Fund. (CD1)
