Description: Increases TAT allocation to the Tourism Special Fund to 34.2 per cent; adds the Executive Director of the SFCA to the Board of HTA as an ex-officio nonvoting member; repeals TAT Trust Fund; allocates TAT revenue for safety and security programs in accordance with the Hawaii tourism strategic plan 2005-2015; clarifies and amends HTA administration.
