Measure Title: RELATING TO THE COUNTIES.
Report Title: Unpaid Civil Fines Owed to the Counties
Description: Provides that unpaid civil fines and unpaid administratively imposed civil fines added by the county by ordinance to taxes, fees, or charges, shall not become a part of those taxes, fees, or charges, and shall not constitute a lien on the debtor's real or personal property unless recorded. (HB393 CD1)
