Report Title: Judiciary; Reporting Requirements; Repeal
Description: Repeals or exempts the Judiciary from various reporting requirements relating to administratively established accounts or funds, uncollectible delinquent fines and restitution, the Judiciary's computer system, outsourcing of services, and statements of goals and policies. Repeals the reporting requirement for activities and expenses of the State Council for Interstate Adult Offender Supervision. (HB1745 CD1)
