Description: Establishes a 3stage graduated provisional driver licensing program for persons under the age of 18. Sunsets program in five years. Requires the DOT and DOH to conduct an annual review of relevant data to determine the effectiveness of the program in reducing traffic fatalities and accidents in the State. (HB150 CD1)
