Report Title: Hawaii Historic Preservation Special Fund
Description: Clarifies that civil, criminal, and administrative penalties, fines, and other charges collected under Chapter 6E, HRS, shall be deposited in the Hawaii Historic Preservation Special Fund. Allows Special Fund moneys, subject to legislative authorization, to be used to pay for staff positions and administrative and operational costs. (SB816 HD1)
