Measure Title: RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES.
Report Title: Public Employees; Merit Appeals Board
Description: Authorizes the Merit Appeals Board to hear and decide appeals pending before the Civil Service Commission as of June 30, 2002 provided that such appeals were within the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission. Directs that that rule of liberal construction be used to determine whether appeals fall within the jurisdiction of the Merit Appeals Board. (HB1222 HD1)
