Measure Title: RELATING TO EDUCATION.
Report Title: New Century Charter Schools; Funding
Description: Allows the legislature to adjust the most recent consolidated annual financial report of the department of education and make additional appropriations for fringe or other employee benefits, and facility costs; requires the charter school administrative office to provide the initial 50% of a new century charter school's per pupil allocation no later than July 20 of each year, 40% no later than November 15 of each year, and provides the remaining 10% no later than January 1 of each year; appropriates funding. (CD1)
