Description: Includes silvicultural products in the definition of "agricultural commodities" under farm produce laws; establishes that certification requirements shall not apply to the retail sale of an agricultural commodity to the final consumer; allows enforcement of agricultural commodities laws by any other person authorized by the board of agriculture; and repeals the monetary value and weight thresholds that trigger the requirement for a certificate of ownership for agricultural commodities.
