Description: Clarifies language in the Hawaii tourism authority law relating to the tourism marketing plan and techno-tourism; adds the executive director or permanent designated representative of the state foundation on culture and the arts to be ex officio nonvoting member; makes director of business, economic development and tourism or permanent designated representative to be nonvoting member; provides for a permanent representative of the director of transportation.
