Description: Prohibits sale of seashell items w/description or label using term "Ni?ihau" or "Niihau" unless item contains 100% Niihau shells and is made entirely in Hawaii. Allows labeling that indicates percentage of Niihau shell content if item contains at least 80% Niihau shells and is made entirely in State. (SD1)
