Report Title: Controlled Substances; Precursor Chemicals
Description: Updates the controlled substance list. Allows the department of public safety by rule to temporarily revise or amend the regulated list 1 or 2 of chemicals pending a subsequent legislative session. Adds gamma hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) to the list of the depressants. Adds GHB to the definition of dangerous and harmful drugs. (SD1)
