Description: Separate applications for state land use reclassifications of contiguous lands owned by the same landowner shall be deemed to be one application if the separate applications are proposed because they contain different uses, are phased to be developed sequentially, or are separated to avoid the requirements of chapter 205. (HB2183 HD1)
