Description: Provides mental health and alcohol and drug insurance coverage parity by removing certain limits on coverage; Grants employers a tax credit of 50 percent of the premium paid for supplemental mental health, drug, and alcohol coverage or $500 per employee, whichever is less; Requires insurance commissioner to report on tax credit by 1/15/2006; Requires parity of coverage for abuse of and dependency on crystal methamphetamine.
